For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Rathnalu Jewels we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

International Shipping:
We don't offer international shipping. Our products are exclusively shipped in Canada and US. Rathnalu Jewels is not responsible for items dispatched to wrong address because of incorrect details given at check out. Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charge to divert to correct address.
